UARS - The falling satellite

Hi guys!

I tried to follow the position of the satellite UARS (Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite ), which is returning to the Earth these hours. I had a little problem to find a working website, but finally the www.infosatellites.com and www.heavens-above.com/ are quite good.

On the other hand, there should be a couple fo people, who doesn't have access to these sites, so I decided to publish som data on my blog. I hope you'll enjoy it and I can refresh it.

Update 3 (final):
I think, the most exciting parts are behind us. I hope you have enjoyed this night, even if you didn's see the UARS. Thank you, who have visited.

Update 2:
Possibly the UARS is down for now. At least according to the tweets of NASA. Most possibly it landed in Canada.
